Potential

Potential 

What do we mean by that? The way I see it potential is nothing but a duty, the thing is that not all of us have the willpower in order to take advantage of this gift. I already gave you some key words like duty and gift. The most reasonable definition of potential when it comes to asking people is reaching the best version, and they are not wrong in any way. 

I'm clearly not talking about a topic in an specific way, because this involves a lot of stuff. My point is that potential is all around us and literally in us. Today, someone told me that she had a friend who past away. She said that her dream was becoming a great musician, she just played amazing. The surprise for me was when she told me her friend had died with the music inside of her. It's impressive the truth in her words because they made me realised that when we don't get 100% of our potential and we die, we die with still something inside of us, something that we could have given the world but most importantly, our selves.

A friend called Brayan told me nothing is perfect but everything is improvable. The way I see it he could be more right because we would never reach perfection in any kind of way no matter how much we tried, but everything we are, everything we do and own could be improved.

Society has conditioned us to believe that the process of wanting to improve is barely impossible and something made only for the maddest ones. Why do I say so? Whenever you try to do more and be more, people won't hesitate to criticise. But the question here is. How much right has someone who does nothing to judge someone who tries to do everything? The truth is that by judging others they compensate their own wretchedness. 

It's easier to talk about problems and bad stuff that happens everyday but the difficult part is knowing how to fight it, how to solve things and make them right. No one can tell you either how much or little you can do, they can surely persuade yourself but the last word will always be yours, never do forget that. Never allow anyone to tell you what you can and cannot do, give you the chance and try it, how knows it may work or it may not but you'll know from your own experience and not others' word. You're the one who is gonna set your limits, no one else. Don't die with anything inside you, bring out the best in everything.
